Please allow 3-5 business days (This does not include Saturday and Sunday or any of the 10 Federal Holidays) for items to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been shipped. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
Once you have received a tracking number for your order, SHELAMODE is NO LONGER responsible for the order any issues or concerns regarding the shipment you must contact The U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession and not with SHELAMODE. If a shipment is showing as “DELIVERED" when looked up with your Order number and your tracking number, and you did not receive your package you will need to contact your post office regarding the matter. Due to it being a delivery issue on their part. We are not responsible for any delivery issues.
Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdelivered packages to the wrong address) all of these issues and concerns MUST be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.
